The day will begin with a PowerPoint presentation covering polyurethane resin casting. We will discuss best practices, common pitfalls, and key do’s and don’ts, all supported by live demonstrations.
After a short break, the session will become hands-on. Attendees will have access to a selection of moulds and will each cast an item using polyurethane resins. A range of pigments will be available, including liquid pigments and powder additives such as Cast Magic, and participants will be encouraged to experiment and explore creative possibilities.
The day is intended as a relaxed introduction to casting techniques, rather than an intensive or advanced course.
