Unifilo Matting
800 Series Mat
Unifilo® Matting is a high-performance continuous filament fiberglass mat designed for reinforcing composite and GRG applications. Manufactured from randomly oriented continuous glass filaments bonded with a thermoset binder, it delivers excellent strength, consistency, and ease of processing.
Unlike traditional chopped strand mat, the continuous filament structure provides improved mechanical performance, better handling, and enhanced durability, making it ideal for both structural and decorative applications.
Unifilo matting wets out quickly and evenly with a wide range of resin systems, including polyester, vinyl ester, polyurethane, and epoxy, ensuring reliable results in demanding manufacturing processes.
